This hotel is just amazin! The beach is like nothing i've seen before with these little stones that massage ur legs when u walk in. The water was super clean, i'd give it a 10/10. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfy! The food was really good too.
But the noise level was a bit much, i could hear neighbors sometimes. Drinks were overpriced, like charging for water is just a no-go.

It has one of the most beautiful terraces I have seen with an amazing view.
The staff can be a little arrogant at times. They do not give You a warm, friendly feeling.

beautiful setting but a few issues
The location offered amazing sea views. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent. And the option to stay with our dog added a nice touch to the experience.
Though the service at the dining venues was generally good, it occasionally felt slower than expected during peak hours.

We had a fantastic group vacation. The location is ideal for relaxation, and the staff were attentive. The pool area is well-maintained. We explored nearby coastal tracks and Montreat trails, a blast. Breakfast was great, and overall, the dining options were satisfying.
One downside was the noise level in some areas. There were times when the constant music and activity.

we had a good time especially the water sports facilities were to our expectation- the staff members were very friendly. Definitely coming back again, also recommending to use and hire your own boat to fully appreciate the coastal line ie blue lagoon

The luxurious garden view room provided a perfect retreat, and the beach setup was really good with attentive staff ensuring a comfortable day under the sun. Dining was nice. Fresh fish dishes showcased local flavors beautifully. The room lacked soundproofing as noises from adjacent rooms were bothersome, and service at the bar occasionally felt slow. While the location is picturesque, the overall crowded atmosphere detracted from the relaxing experience I sought.

They promised a table at pelagos restaurant but they gave it to others, who came 5 minutes before we finish our dinner

The fabulous attitude of the staff, who were genuine in their wish to please. The location... wonderful relaxing, quiet area. The space.
The main Restaurant was expensive. The Buffet in the other restaurant was excellent, and the lunch menu was excellent. But when the Restaurant with the buffet closed, and the expensive restaurant did not openly show less expensive items ( we were able to ask for food from the bar) we felt somewhat limited. In short, a medium priced evening menu, incorporating the type of food served in ther pool bar and for room service is necessary

The hotel offered a magical ambiance. The staff were cute, we felt at home. The interconnecting garden studio suites had lovely views over the turquoise sea and lush gardens, perfect for families.
Dining options could improve. Perhaps more variety would be nice.
